1.Promotional 5 years Comprehensive Warranty means extension of the warranty period for 4 years after the completion of the standard warranty, for all those customers who have purchased Split ACs and Invertor WAC of Tonnage up to 2.0 Tr.
2.Company shall at its sole discretion will repair or replace such defective product or parts thereof. Company reserves the right to decide at its discretion, for replacing any defective part with a substitute without affecting the performance of the product. All parts removed by Company shall be the property of the Company. In the event Company carries out repairs or replacement of any part during the Promo CW, the warranty shall thereafter continue only for the remaining period of the warranty.
3.The product will have Promo CW on functional parts from the date of invoice subject to following conditions:

1. Purchase invoice date must fall under the “Promotional 5 years Comprehensive Warranty Scheme period range”.
2. Promo CW is applicable only if the installation, Promo CW registration and service is availed through an authorised Sales & Service Channel Partner or authorised Expert Service Associate.
3. Promo CW can be availed only at the time of installation of the product.
4. Customer has to avail two PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) per year including winter season from the second to fifth year as per applicable PMS rates in force. This will ensure product efficiency and longer life of the product.
5. Product is purchased through authorised dealer of the Company.

4.Defective parts shall be replaced with a functionally working, repaired or extended warranty new equivalent part only if it cannot be repaired. The decision of the Company will be final in this regard.
5.Promo CW is only for parts and Customer is required to pay visit charges as per the rates in force from the 2nd year to the 5th year. 6.Customer will have to register product with company for Promo CW within 45 Days of the purchase either through “Hitachi India Customer Care” Mobile App or through company website https://www.hitachiaircon.com/in/ or register Installation call through Call Center on +91 7971414848 (Landline) / +91 7567884848 (Mobile/WhatsApp). After successful validation, customer will be mailed a Promotional Comprehensive Warranty Registration Letter.
7.Company shall not be liable or be deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its or any of its authorised service center reasonable control including delay in repairing due to non-availability of any component or accessory, labour problem, restrictions and regulations of the government, public movement, war and any unavoidable circumstances.

Exclusions:

1. Any service where warranty covered parts/ gas not used will be on chargeable basis.
2. All types of air filters, all plastic and metal parts and remote handset.
3. Promo CW will not be applicable for installations in areas prone to corrosion due to toxic / gas emissions from sewage or storm water drains or saltwater spray or chemical gas. This will be informed at the time of installation and in such cases the Promo CW registration letter will not be issued.

The Promo CW will be null and void if:

1. damage is caused by improper usage or due to faulty electricity supply/connection (as per specifications).
2. product has been services/repaired/opened or tampered by unauthorised personnel.
3. if defects/damages raised have been caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, neglect, substitution of original components with spurious/non genuine components, attacked by household pets, fire, flood, earthquake, lighting and/or any other act of God/natural calamities.

All other terms & conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in operation manual of the product except of those covered above.

Promotional Comprehensive Warranty is applicable for individual consumers. This offer is not applicable for institutional/corporate customers and/or for commercial use.

All disputes related to this aforesaid terms and conditions are subject to Ahmedabad (Gujarat) jurisdiction.
